Last night I got really bored. So I decided to remove the base from the Edgar Allan resin. It was harder then I thought is was going to be. It was a long and super dusty procces. And half way through, I discovered that there were thick wires in each of his legs. Which was not a welcomed suprise. Lets just say sparks went flying and I might be missing a tiny amount of my eye brow. But in the end, I think I did a decent job. He still has all of his hooves and he can stand on his own. I will be making him some custom shoes to hid the rough edges and the wires. I am thinkng about removing the base from the next horse I get. I am really excited about that horse. I am having a very talented Artist paint this horse for me. I am going to have her do a bay sabino, after a Tb that I say. He will look really cool and different. Here is a pic of the horse with a base, then without the base and then one of the wires in his feet.
